SwarmSafe

Affiliate disclosure

How affiliate links fund SwarmSafe — and why they never change our rankings. Last updated 8 September 2026.

SwarmSafe is funded in part by affiliate commissions. Some of the links to VPN providers on this site are affiliate links, which means that if you click one and subscribe, the provider may pay us a commission. It costs you nothing extra, and it is what lets us keep the guides free and free of display advertising.

Affiliate links on SwarmSafe route through a /go/ redirect and carry a rel=sponsored attribute, so they are transparent to you and to search engines. Where a link is affiliate, we mark it as such nearby. Providers we currently have or may join affiliate arrangements with include NordVPN, Surfshark, ExpressVPN, CyberGhost, Proton VPN, IPVanish and Private Internet Access.

Why it does not bias our advice

Commissions never determine placement in our rankings, and the strongest evidence is who sits near the top. Mullvad and Windscribe run no affiliate programs and pay us nothing, yet we recommend them repeatedly because they earn it on privacy. If a paying provider is a worse fit for P2P, we say so — you can see this play out in our best VPN for torrenting ranking.

Prices and availability

VPN pricing changes constantly and is often region- and term-specific, so any figure we quote is an approximate band with the date we checked it. Always confirm the current price and features on the provider's own site before you subscribe. If you spot a discrepancy, tell us and we will update it.
